These are the plain-language terms for working with Dark Factory Studio through darkfactory.studio. Questions about anything here: hello@darkfactory.studio (visible as text on purpose — copy it into your own email client).
What the offer is
The €999 Starter MVP Sprint is a scoped proof package: one focused, working MVP slice plus a Client Delivery Room, documentation, and an honest readiness verdict. It is not a guaranteed full platform, not an unlimited feature build, and not a promise of a production launch. If your idea is too broad for 24 hours, we narrow it to one provable slice instead of inflating the promise.
Scope lock, acceptance, and payment
- The intake chat is for scoping only. Sending a message does not start a paid engagement.
- Before any paid work begins, the scope is locked in writing and the engagement is manually accepted on both sides.
- Payment is confirmed manually before work starts. Nothing on this site auto-charges you.
- If scope expands mid-sprint, the sprint pauses until the slice is re-locked.
Your responsibilities
- Submit truthful information about your idea, prototype, and constraints.
- Do not submit unlawful content, and do not paste sensitive secrets (passwords, keys, regulated personal data) into the intake chat unless we have explicitly agreed on how to handle them.
- Review the delivered package and its stated limitations before deciding on next phases.
Staging and proof truth
Demos, proof rooms, and delivery documents on this site show verified state and stated limits. Staging examples (like the GuestOps QuickDesk demo) are working proof of the delivery shape — they are not final launch claims and are not sold as finished commercial products.
No warranty, in plain words
We do the work carefully and describe it honestly, but an MVP proof package is delivered as-is at the sprint's end state. We do not guarantee business results, investor outcomes, uptime of staging demos, or fitness for a regulated launch. If something we delivered does not match what was locked in scope, tell us at hello@darkfactory.studio and we will address it. Our responsibility for a sprint is limited to the amount you actually paid for that sprint.
